Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use your tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the relevant courier or postal service.

Where do you ship from?
Ember & Bone packs and ships all orders from Australia.
Each order is carefully prepared and securely packaged before leaving our facility to ensure your products arrive safely.
What delivery service do you use?
Ember & Bone uses trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post and other courier services, depending on your location and order requirements.
Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, workplaces, and PO boxes where available.
If you have a specific delivery requirement, please contact us before your order is dispatched and we will do our best to assist.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes and handling are managed by the selected courier provider. While we will always assist where possible, Ember & Bone cannot control delays caused by external delivery providers.
How much does shipping cost?
Ember & Bone offers:

Free shipping on orders $99 and over (after discounts)

Standard shipping for orders under $99 at a flat rate of $12.00 (including GST)
Express shipping options may also be available at checkout, with pricing calculated based on your location and order details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after it is dispatched?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery options
Depending on your location and selected delivery provider, you may be offered different delivery options at checkout.
Safe drop (authority to leave)
If you select safe drop delivery, your parcel may be left in a secure location at your nominated delivery address if no one is available to receive it.
Please ensure your selected delivery location is safe and suitable for parcel delivery.
Ember & Bone and our delivery partners cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being delivered according to your safe drop instructions.
If you would prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, we recommend selecting a signature-required delivery option where available.
Signature required
With signature-required delivery, someone will need to be available to receive and sign for your order.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to a nearby collection location or handled according to the courier provider’s process.
This option is recommended if you do not have a secure location available for parcel delivery.
